Title: Definitive Guide to SQLite
Post by: Paul Squires on September 04, 2007, 05:38:05 PM
Wow! What an incredible book. I just got it today delivered from Amazon and I am only a few chapters into it. It is very eye opening.

(It only took a week to get it from Amazon - pretty impressive given the price I paid for shipping).

Amazon wants to see me a bundle which includes:
SQLite (Developer's Library) (Paperback)
by Chris Newman (Author)

Not sure if this would be useful?

Not great - doesn't cover SQLite 3.0, July 21, 2006

This is an old book, and doesn't cover the newer SQLite 3.x information

Hi Mike,

Yeah, I decided not to buy that book either because it deals with SQLite 2 and mostly php/Java programming. The Michael Owens book is fantastic. I haven't put it down since I got it. :)

In the back of the hard copy book it says that you can download the eBook for $10.

Nope, wait.... the offer in the book says the $10 price is valid until 11/29/06. Looks like we are about a year too late.  :)
