This is a common problem with CHM help files in Vista. Many posts on the Net about it.

Try these steps:

1.  Navigate to where the "sqlitening.chm" file is located on your system using Windows Explorer.

2.  Right click on the "sqlitening.chm" filename and select the "Properties" menu entry.

3.  Ensuring you are on the "General" tab in the "sqlitening.chm Properites" window, select the "Unblock" button at the bottom of the window.

4.  Select the "Apply" button and the "Unblock" section will disappear and the Help file will show the next time that you display the sqlitneing.chm file.
