This seams to only happen with my Win7 customers XP has not shown this problem.
The problem:

SQLitening Server is installed on Win-7  using "Run as Administrator"   all works fine
until the customer reboots.  Then, the application won't start get error -16   

Then I run SQLiteningServerAdmin  and it shows the server is running and askes if
I want to "STOP" it.    If I Stop it and Restart it the that application can connect to the
database.

I have looked at and modified settings using  Service.msc  but that has made no
difference.  The problem still occurs.  This seams to be a Win-7 specific problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?  More importantly, Have you found a solution?

Fred,  On rebooting the computer, Is it possible for SQLitening to check and restart it's self
if it is not functioning?

I have Win 7 and SQLitening starts and runs fine after a reboot with a user that does not have admin rights.

Does anybody else have the same problem?

I have several customers with Win7Prof  and each have this problem.
( I am not sure if it is 32 or 64 bit OS I suspect 64 but I will check.)

I think these is telling you that SQLitening crashed and will restart in 60 seconds.  Does it run OK after restart?

No

Do you restart with SQLiteningServerAdmin?
