I have used that browser. It is good but my only gripe was when I tried to create a database. If there is an error in any of the field names (eg. if you use a reserved word for a field name) then you end up losing ALL of the fields that you have entered. After entering 20 names and hitting save and then to find out that you lost them all because of one bad name..... well, I only did that twice before I got frustrated as hell.

The best, free, browser (by far) that I have used yet is the personal edition of SQLite Expert http://www.sqliteexpert.com/  It is small, fast, and very intuitive. I have it on my portable hard drive so it doesn't require any fancy installation.
