Re-Compiling SQLITE.DLL Source

I posted this over on the PowerBASIC forum, but then realized, there might be more interest here, hope someone can help me!  : )

Since Dean had success re-compiling the SQLITE.DLL source-code for R*TREES:

I decided to try my luck at re-compiling SQLITE.DLL source to include the SJLOMBARDO-SQLCIPHER source:

I managed to compile SQLite on Windows machine, but I also received this problem.

How did you solve it?

I'm stuck, too.  Was hoping we would "rally" a group that could figure out how to compile that would have built-in super encryption.
