Previously registered on this board but got binned because I didn;t post something within the requiredi timescale!
Never come across this sort of restriction before, very strange!!

Anywhoo, I am supporting some legacy apps that were written in VB6. they utilised CSV files as a rudimentary database format.

I am now re-developing the apps but need to maintain backward compatibility with earlier Windows OS's
Hence the migration to an SQLite orientation.
