removing -shm and -wal file

Hi,

I've been using Sqlite for more than a years, everything goes smoothly.
But now I'm facing a problem, while I'm opening the sqlite database, its creating new file named [database name +-shm and -wal file.

So, when I'm trying to made some modification to the database from portable app like sqlitestudio, its always fail, all changes is rolling back. Any help to remove/avoid this file.

If I'm using from the application that I have made its working proper. only with portable I had a problem.
Any helps.?
